By commissioning me you acknowledge and accept the following terms of service. Don't hesitate to ask me if there's any question ;3
- General
› You must be 18+ to commission or interact with me.
› Be nice and respectful. I will block those who treat me badly and ban them from future commission openings.› I'll post all finished artworks (maybe the sketches too) to all my art galleries, mentioning the commissioner by their account name. Tell me if you don't want to be mentioned and I will post the art as 'commissioned by anonymous'.› The order will be rejected if I don't feel comfortable working on that.› I won't take commissions from blank social media profiles or profiles without a picture.› Don't ask me to draw in a specific art style.› You understand that a poor communication with me could affect the final result of the art.› I could update this terms at any time.

- Payment and refunds
(Why not PayPal or Wise? I can't use PayPal and Wise is not available in my country sadly).› USD and EUR payments via DolarApp, AstroPay or bank transfer.› ARS payments via MercadoPago.› 50% of the payment before I start working and the other 50% when the art is completed. You can also pay upfront if you want.› I don't accept refunds after the drawing is finished.› If for any reason I can't complete the work, I will stop the commission and refund all the money.› I reserve the right to not give explanations about why I cancel a commission.
- Workflow
› You need to provide me with visual references like reference sheets, images or simple doodles. I don't accept text based references.› I will show you the drawing a couple of time in different stages throughout the commission. You can (and should) tell me if anything needs fixing. Be aware that, after you have approved the drawing with the clean lineart and flat colours, I will not accept mayor modifications to the art.› It takes me around 1 to 2 weeks to complete the work. Keep in mind that time period could extend from 3 to 4 weeks.› I can change or fix minor details once the art is finished. However, if you ask for too many there is an additional cost (+5% for each revision).
- What files you get
› You get the final artwork and also the sketch, both as PNG files.› I'll send you all the files at their highest quality through Telegram, or via email if you prefer.
- Copyright and art usage
› I retain all rights over the drawings.› I could use the commissioned work to promote myself, post it on services like Patreon or similars, and for layouts.› Feel free to post the art in your socials too! Just be sure to properly @ me as the artist or put a link to my NSFW bluesky account.› Do not:
- Use the files to feed AI, for NFTs, or any of that stuff.
- Resell the art.
- Claim the art is made by you.
- Modify the art in any way.
